Payment is due at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, HSA (health savings account) card, or credit/debit card.

In the event that a scheduled appointment time is missed or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, please refer to the Appointments & Cancellations policy.

Our office is not affiliated with any insurance providers. We understand that not accepting insurance might feel frustrating at first glance.
